Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL (Netherlands)
• Bancontact (Belgium)

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You will be informed of shipping costs and estimated delivery time at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition.

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Ship the items back to us (return shipping costs may apply)

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
